Old Kentucky Farms

At Old Kentucky Farms, located in the rolling hills west of Conroe off F.M. 2854, residents can enjoy both the flavor of country life as well as easy access to schools, shopping and medical care. Old Kentucky Farms offers lots ranging in size from one to four acres and residents may keep one horse or cow per acre. In addition, children who live in Old Kentucky Farms can raise animals for FFA and 4-H projects.

Residents of Lake Breeze, located on Cude Cemetery Road, can take advantage of both the quiet side of Lake Conroe, as well as easy commutes via 1-45. Lake Breeze features affordable lakefront and lake view living, whether homeowners want to live in the community year-round or just on the weekends. Homes in the subdivision feature quaint Cape Code architecture.
   
Centerville Ranch

Those who really want to get away from it all will enjoy the 10- to 40- acre lots at Broussard Properties’ acreage development, Centerville Ranch, located near Centerville. Because lots are so large, residents of Centerville Ranch will have lenient deed restrictions and will be able to use their land for a variety of purposes.
   

Broussard Lodge

While hunting with us you will stay in our very comfortable cabin which sleeps 5 and overlooks a fishing pond. Three meals a day will be provided. We will also include a fabulous dinner at our local steak house that will make you come back again. Your accommodations will include three days of hunting on the ranch. It also includes a professional guide and your entire experience will be videoed. Check in is as early as 3pm on Thurs. and check out is 6pm Sunday evening.
